Reservation Policy

TERMS and CONDITIONS

The Reservation Form must be completed by a member of the organization over 18 years of age and the applicable fees and escrow deposit prior to the Resort granting permission for the use of the amenities.

1. The Buckingham Township Manager or his/her designee shall approve or deny applications in accordance
   with the provisions of these policies.
   Reservations will only be accepted and valid upon paying 50% of the total estimated amount, in a First Pay First Serve basis.
2. The Heinney's Resort and Game Park's Manager or his/her designee shall approve or deny applications in accordance with the provisions of these policies.
3. Heinney's Resort and Game Park reserves the right not to accommodate reservation request submitted less than 5 working days in advance of the intended use date.
4. When scheduling conflicts occur, Heinney's Resort and Game Park will make every effort to notify the Organization 24 hours in advance of the anticipated use but shall not be responsible for any inconvenience. 
5. All reservation requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
